My Review:

This is definitely not my ‘norm’ genre to read, but my 11 year old is currently obsessed with Greek mythology books and Rick Riordan so I thought I would give it a go – maybe something we could bond over.

Boy, will we!

I finished this book in less than 24 hours. Again – this is not my ‘norm’ genre – but it was too good to set down!

I know minimal of Greek mythology so I walked into this book blind, but the action and the story line and the mystery that lurked were all entwined so magically and so brilliantly that I could not stop reading. I had to know who was who, who could be trusted, who was creating trouble, and how the whole thing would play out.

I really hope there are more books to this – it could easily be a series.

After finishing the book, I handed it to my daughter to read as I am certain she is going to enjoy it as much as I did. (And I will certainly share her review once she reads it!)

If you enjoy Greek Gods and Goddesses; if you enjoy mystery; if you enjoy the hint of romance – you are surely to enjoy The Sky Throne.

I have decided they are my emotional support animal! 🤣

Tonight, they ate right off my finger! I didn't think I could fall in more in love!! 🥰

...except it wasn't for me. It was for Gibbs, our husky... who's birthday is 3 days before mine.

Guess that's what happens when you share your birthday week with the dog. 🤷‍♀️
I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week, but thankfully, hubby saw him yesterday and snapped a pic for me. I swear; Bear gives the cresties a run for their money when it comes to hide and seek!! 🤣
The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was looking for color wise (I was looking for a gray/lavender, and they seem more red), but I am def smitten. 🥰

This baby is a little spazzy at first but then loves to just chill and sit with me. They aren't quite as jumpy as Aspen (and def friendlier! Aspen still HATES being touched!)

Also, I'm not sure they were well cared for. Breeder said hatch date was 9-8-2022, but they are tiny! Not even the length of my pointer finger!

Anyway, welcome, Leif (pronounced Leaf; thank you, Kadenn...) to the zoo!
