Leels Loves Books Book Reviews

I love Melissa Foster’s books. I have never read one that I didn’t like. I always love her characters – the men are hot, the females are strong and beautiful, the chemistry and romance are steamy.

What I love more are Melissa’s romance stories and relationships that involve kids. She has done one other that I can recall off the top of my head that involved a single mother and one of the beloved Melissa men. That particular story still ranks high on my “love” list and now Seaside Whispers is right up there with that one! I think it’s the combination of these strong, serious men who are just so caring with kids!

All of Melissa’s books can be read alone, but every character at least appears in each book and gives you so much more reason to read every book in the series. We always get involved with the entire family – past, present, and future.

I highly recommend picking up Seaside Whispers. Just be warned – you will fall in love and not want to put it down!

Came home the other day and saw an envelope that s Came home the other day and saw an envelope that said "happy birthday". I got excited that someone sent me an early birthday card...

...except it wasn't for me. It was for Gibbs, our husky... who's birthday is 3 days before mine.

Guess that's what happens when you share your birthday week with the dog. 🤷‍♀️
I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week, but thankfully, hubby saw him yesterday and snapped a pic for me. I swear; Bear gives the cresties a run for their money when it comes to hide and seek!! 🤣
The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was looking for color wise (I was looking for a gray/lavender, and they seem more red), but I am def smitten. 🥰

This baby is a little spazzy at first but then loves to just chill and sit with me. They aren't quite as jumpy as Aspen (and def friendlier! Aspen still HATES being touched!)

Also, I'm not sure they were well cared for. Breeder said hatch date was 9-8-2022, but they are tiny! Not even the length of my pointer finger!

Anyway, welcome, Leif (pronounced Leaf; thank you, Kadenn...) to the zoo!
Releasing tomorrow!! 😍 I cannot wait!! Releasing tomorrow!! 😍

I cannot wait!!
Pics do not do this baby justice!! And Schuyler i Pics do not do this baby justice!!

And Schuyler is so much more chill than Aspen. I've been able to at least touch them daily and last night, they let me hold them!! HUGE difference from Aspen the spaz who wants no one in her space, none the less touching her! 🤣🤣
