What a cute, sweet, romantic story!

Aubrey and Knox were clearly made for each other and the snow at the inn… could their relationship really start in a better fairy tale location!?

The family and friend dynamics were different in this book. Usually, family and friends are a huge focus in the books and are such loving, loud, boisterous families and friends that Aubrey and Knox’s family and friends seemed almost… non-existent.

I can completely understand Knox’s family. Their status; their “horse and pony show”. The strain in the relationships. Knox’s family wasn’t like most of the Melissa Foster families we usually read. It was an interesting shift and I really cannot wait to read Paige and Landon’s stories. I really hope that not only do they get a happy ever after, but that we get to learn more about them as people. I am incredibly intrigued by Paige’s back story and hope she falls in love with a swoon-worthy photographer!

We didn’t get to spend a lot of time with Aubrey’s family, but I found that Aubrey as a person is very similar to myself – tough exterior, girly inside. Doesn’t like drama, but loves being in love. Has walls to protect herself. She and Knox were the perfect challenge for each other and really made a heart stopping couple.

I hope we get to catch up with Aubrey and Knox again in future books and cannot wait to read what Melissa gives us next!!
