Driving Whiskey Wild (A Sexy Standalone Romance) by [Foster, Melissa]NEW RELEASE……..

A captivating new sexy standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. Special Forces veteran and Dark Knights Motorcycle Club member Bullet Whiskey lives to protect his family, their bar, and the residents of his small hometown. He’s rough, unapologetic, and haunted by a secret, painful past. He’s also a master at keeping people away, and when his sister hires gorgeous and sweet Finlay Wilson to help expand their biker bar, he knows just how to get rid of her.

After losing her boyfriend and her father, Finlay moves back to her hometown to be closer to the little family she has left. She needs her temporary job at Whiskey Bro’s to get her catering business off the ground, and she’s determined not to let the gruff, arrogant mountain of a man Bullet Whiskey scare her off.

Finlay is everything Bullet has never wanted. She’s afraid of his dog, afraid of motorcycles, and sweet enough to give him cavities, but as she weaves her way into the hearts of everyone around him, he’s powerless to resist her charms. Passion ignites, but trust doesn’t come easily, and when their pasts collide, Bullet finds out the true meaning of protecting those he loves.

Leels Loves Books Book

Oh Lord have Mercy.

This. Book. Was... I have no words to properly describe this book.

I am in love. Madly in love. Smitten. Head over heels. Want to read this book a hundred times over. Hands down, the best Melissa Foster book I have read to date (and that is saying a lot because I love all of her books and probably say it's the best for every book, but at this point, this is definitely the best!)

I love myself a big, burly, man who is nothing but a teddy bear. And I love nothing more than pushing their buttons just right to find the teddy bear, but I swear; big, burly, bully <em srcset=Brutus would never be a teddy bear. Regardless of him being in a Melissa Foster book and regardless of him being a Whiskey. I figured he was going to be the odd one out and not fit the normal mold.

The pains and fears and skeletons in the closet that Bullet and Finlay each have are so real and the way they work together to work them out… I am speechless. The emotions are so raw and so real, I felt every emotion they were feeling. When they giggled or laughed, I giggled. When they cried – I cried. (Yes, I cried real tears throughout this book.) You couldn’t help but feel what they were feeling when loving or fighting.

There was a huge twist that I never, not for one second, saw coming, and I think I cried as hard as Finlay did during that twist. It was absolutely heart wrenching.

I cannot say enough how much I loved this book and will definitely be reading it again. It was a quicker read – only took me two nights – and I will definitely be enjoying it over and over again!

Came home the other day and saw an envelope that s Came home the other day and saw an envelope that said "happy birthday". I got excited that someone sent me an early birthday card...

...except it wasn't for me. It was for Gibbs, our husky... who's birthday is 3 days before mine.

Guess that's what happens when you share your birthday week with the dog. 🤷‍♀️
I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week I personally haven't seen this guy in about a week, but thankfully, hubby saw him yesterday and snapped a pic for me. I swear; Bear gives the cresties a run for their money when it comes to hide and seek!! 🤣
The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was The newest zoo member... not *exactly* what I was looking for color wise (I was looking for a gray/lavender, and they seem more red), but I am def smitten. 🥰

This baby is a little spazzy at first but then loves to just chill and sit with me. They aren't quite as jumpy as Aspen (and def friendlier! Aspen still HATES being touched!)

Also, I'm not sure they were well cared for. Breeder said hatch date was 9-8-2022, but they are tiny! Not even the length of my pointer finger!

Anyway, welcome, Leif (pronounced Leaf; thank you, Kadenn...) to the zoo!
Releasing tomorrow!! 😍 I cannot wait!! Releasing tomorrow!! 😍

I cannot wait!!
Pics do not do this baby justice!! And Schuyler i Pics do not do this baby justice!!

And Schuyler is so much more chill than Aspen. I've been able to at least touch them daily and last night, they let me hold them!! HUGE difference from Aspen the spaz who wants no one in her space, none the less touching her! 🤣🤣
