Let me skip over the “bad boy after dark” part and focus on the emotion in this book just for a moment.
Mick’s story will bring tears to your eyes. It is heart wrenching and emotional.
The connection between Amanda and Mick is something indescribable – different than what we have read from the other couples before. The things he notices? Seriously!? Are there really men out there who are that romantic and senstive and sweet?
There is more emotion to this story than just the steamy-ness.
The book does not disappoint in the steamy department. The physical relationship between Mick and Amanda is intense, but loving. They make an amazing pair and their story is full of heat and emotions.
It was also great to run into some past characters such as Willow and Louie, from previous stories!
While I don’t recommend this for kids – it definitely is a great mommy time book!
